Refund policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE

Once your order has been placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. All sales are final we do not offer refunds. We do not accept exchanges due to Covid-19 we want to maintain a healthy environment for our customers and staff so we do not accept returns/exchanges for this reason. 

Digital Products such as ebooks and courses can NOT be returned, canceled or refunded once payment is completed due to files being sent immediately after purchase.

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges 

Chargeback Policy:

Noire Hair RX has zero tolerance for chargebacks. A chargeback is when a customer makes a purchase and contacts their bank to reverse the charge or initiate a refund. All abusers will be reported to the local authorities for internet fraud. You will also be reported to all 3 major credit bureaus and your name and account placed in collections. If you used United States Postal Service or UPS as your shipping method we will file a complaint for mail fraud with the federal authorities and the postmaster. 

All cards used shipping and billing information must match or you will be refunded immediately.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Processing times may vary for certain items. Processing time is 3-7 business days for bundles (not including any Kinky Curly Textures) and haircare items. Custom orders such as Kinky Curly Textures, I-tip, K-tip, F-tip and Tape ins are all custom orders, and need 7-14 business days to process before shipping. After Processing Shipping is 1-3 business days to get to you once it leaves our facility. Email with tracking information will be sent to the email on file for the order. Updates are available 24 hours after tracking information is received.

Please keep in mind that during holidays, sales and extreme weather these times may be delayed. We will keep you informed. We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays.

Noire Hair RX is not responsible for any lost, delayed , or stolen items once it leaves our facility. If your package is lost or stolen you must file a claim with USPS or UPS all packages are insured.

If we ship your item with the address you left on file and it is returned to us for any reason you are responsible for the fee to reship, or a store credit will be issued for a future order with the correct address.
